ESG7 Oral guidelines
The oral presentation is 15 minutes: 12 minutes of presentation and 3 minutes for questions from the audience.
- Please prepare a .pptx or .pdf file with the following basename:
ESG7_NAME_SURNAME_XX, where XX is your session number as displayed in the program (e.g., ESG7_JEAN_DUPONT_B01.pdf or ESG7_JEAN_DUPONT_B01.pptx).

- Your file will need to be uploaded to the conference computer before the first morning session or during the coffee breaks.
- Please include the official ESG7 logo in, at least, the first slide of your presentation : LINK TO THE LOGO
ESG7 Poster Guidelines
In preparation for the ESG7 Symposium, please find below the guidelines and technical requirements for preparing your posters.Format & Dimensions
- Orientation: Portrait (vertical)
- Size: Standard A0 (84.1 × 118.9 cm)
Posters will be displayed on standard poster grids that are already installed. Please ensure that your poster does not exceed the specified A0 dimensions.
Each poster will be assigned a specific location/stand. Further information regarding poster numbers and locations will be provided by the organizers.
Design & Layout
- Header: Place the title, authors, and affiliations clearly at the top of the poster.
- ESG7 logo: Please include the official ESG7 logo in the header : LINK TO THE LOGO
- Fonts: Use clear, sans-serif fonts such as Arial, Helvetica, or Calibri.
- Title: approximately 70–80 pt
- Section headings: approximately 32–40 pt
- Body text: minimum 24 pt
- Figure/table captions: minimum 18–20 pt
