    CANCELLATION FEES

     
    Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to: esg2026@inviteo.fr
    • For cancellations made until August 19, 2026, 50% of the registration fee will be charged.
    • No refunds will be given after August 20, 2026. 

    All approved refunds will be processed and issued 30 days after the Conference.
