Registration policy

All registration fees are listed in Euro (€) and include local VAT(10%),
Registrations cannot be confirmed without full payment,
Presenting authors must complete their registration by the Early-Bird deadline in order for their abstract to be included in the Scientific Programme,
Registration is considered valid only after payment is received. Registrations are non-transferable.

Cancellation policy

Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to: esg2026@inviteo.fr

For cancellations made until August 19, 2026, 50% of the registration fee will be charged.
No refunds will be given after August 20, 2026.

All approved refunds will be processed and issued 30 days after the Conference

Data processing

The information entered into the registration form will be subject to computer processing by Insight Outside. It is processed by computer Université Grenoble Alpes which manage the logistic organisation on behalf of the International Association of Seismology and Physics of the Earth's Interior (IASPEI) and the International Association for Earthquake Engineering (IAEE).

The list of recipients of the data will be strictly limited to the following supplier of the congress:
